They are not interested in shoe size or individual thoughts. Amazingly quick and sorts searches by date instead of popularity!

The like button for FB does not work.

I found this search engine and duck duck go. I wasnt sure which to choose until dark duck go appeared as a default search engine on safari. As soon as a company enters mainstream, I stopped trusting him and look for a smaller company. This is my alternative.

There appears to be an issue with the app. It opens then if you type more than 2 letters it fails and closes.

Via my iPad thats vpn protected, lots of error pages. Seems to happen more when searching controversial sites ( unsure ).... often jumps from websearch to the app store forcing you to start over again... Also searching for newer more recently updated sites is ALLWAYS pointless, you have to settle for anytime sites only. Please do more field tests on tablets via wifi. THANKS !

Total privacy! On some search engines Your likes interests and sites visited are ALL recorded. NOT with Ixquick/Start page. None of your personal information is recorded or even stored. And nobody can see your search history. I love this app!

Ix the only search engine you need! Sorry couldnt resist, but seriously, why wouldnt you want to keep your online life private? People think that just because its the internet, everything you type or search is fair game, well thats crap, it doesnt have to be.

One more step toward freedom with a single app.

Its great to know there are some people and organizations providing apps such as this one in this day and age of technology. With such a big push for society to all get connected somehow thru either handheld devices smartphones, smart TVs etc its no wonder privacy has become even more of a concern. Great app and more comfort to know safe browsing exists and privacy is taken into consideration more so than other providers. Keep up the great work!!!!!!

Ive always thought it was creepy how just within the last year facebook would have random advertisements that I could relate to. Didnt think much of it until i saw things i had actually just purchased pop up. Talk about creepy...& then they started those surveys on your fav books & where u went to school & it would have options!! Of places that I actually attended. That is when i started getting sketched out & looked for an alternative source. Thank you so much!

I love the fact that ixquick searches are private. I have nothing to hide, but in this digital era its nice to know that a company cares about privacy. NSA, you can put it where the sun dont shine!
